What we cannot help with

MEDUZA is not a shop and does not sell, ship or return anything, so we cannot answer questions about orders. We also do not give personal styling consultations or identify garments in photographs.

Your message is stored on our own server so that we can answer it, and deleted after twelve months at the latest. See Privacy.
